The staff were very nice and cute. They accommodated us with late check out.
I encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning. It was not working and despite previous assurances from management about its repair, the problem persisted. The offered solution was to move rooms but that seemed ridiculous considering it was a last-minute attempt after our arrival. It would have been better if they had informed us beforehand about the air conditioning problem via email.

the staff were polite and always said hola. it was acceptable.
the air-conditioning was not working, even though the management said it was fixed. they offered an option to move, but that is ridiculous. an email should have been sent to let guests know it was not working. i found this unacceptable.
