the LOCATION was superb near the lake. i found the breakfast very good with lots of fresh fruits. the hotel Staff were very kind and always smiling. i borrowed a kettle without any problem.
my room was near the corridor, sometimes noisy.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast included a huge choice of pastries and fruit. Daily room service delivered fresh towels.
The bathroom was very TINY. The door would not open without hitting the bidet. Everything felt dilapidated.

The hotel enjoyed central location. I could easily walk everywhere. Breakfast included a huge choice of salad, fruits, eggs, yogurts, coffee, and juice. Check-in was easy, and daily room service supplied fresh towels every day. I found the beds very comfy.
The carpets looked a bit threadbare. This is only a small issue. I hope the hotel is soon able to address it.
