convenient locationhelpful staff
I was really happy with my stay! the location is very nice. I didn't need any transportation. the staff was so helpful (they helped me with directions!).
The room was really basic. There wasn't a safe to store valuables.

the location was advantageous, close to many attractions. leaving my luggage for a few hours after checkout was quite simple. the staff facilitated that process. the nearby metro station offered quick access to various areas. i also found a convenient corner shop next door, it supplied any necessities i needed.
I noticed a slight musty odor in the bathroom upon arrival. it dissipated quickly after ventilation.

The breakfast buffet presented a good selection. I appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit. i noticed coffee and tea were available throughout the day near the lobby. vending machines provided additional snacks and drinks as well.

the reception staff provided assistance with directions to local attractions. they also helped me secure a taxi to the airport for my departure. i was grateful for their kind approach and support throughout my visit.

The room provided a kettle and a small refrigerator. I found these quite helpful. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. I appreciated the option. the daily cleaning service kept the room tidy .

The location was GREAT. It was easy to get to the metro. Many restaurants were also within easy reach. The bathroom was a good size.
The staff did not seem VERY helpful. Everything seemed like a HUGE effort for them. The soundproofing was also poor. I think single rooms on higher floors have not been modernised.
