ideal location clean room excellent service
i found the location ideal near both the main train station and the city center this made exploring very easy i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room everything was well kept and tidy i was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff they provided excellent service.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited a wider selection would have been appreciated.

The rooftop bar provided amazing city views. I enjoyed sunset drinks there. The room felt new and looked super clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big.
The hallway had a slight smell, I noticed it near my room.

Breakfast included a decent spread of options to start the day. Cristina was especially kind and helpful. The coffee lady was also super kind, I appreciated her cheerful service.

The staff was helpful. Lorenzo at reception was great. He assisted with our train cancellation. Desart was very kind, helpful and warm, a valuable asset to the location.

high noise limited breakfast
the room was quite small. i also found the noise levels to be quite high. i could hear everything from the hallway and nearby rooms. it made relaxing difficult and sleep was not easy to find. breakfast lacked variety, a major downside.

a super convenient stay
great location helpful staff fresh bread
the location was really unbeatable, so close to the train station. i could walk to all the main attractions easily! the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when i asked for extra towels. breakfast had fresh breads and fruit, which i always appreciate.
The room had no phone to connect to the reception, and the shower was very small. it was hard to move around comfortably! i had only one key. It was annoying when one person left the room, and the other couldn't get back in.

train station easy walk friendly staff rooftop bar city view nonconsecutive floor cash only city tax worst neighborhood
i found the location quite accessible. it was an easy walk to the train station. the staff was friendly. the rooftop bar had views of the city.
the hotel is on two nonconsecutive floors. the reception is on the 5th floor. the neighborhood was not the best. i also had to pay the city tax with cash.

i adored the rooftop terrace and bar. the view was fabulous from up there (especially at sunset). the breakfast was generous with good coffee.
the shower door had a slight issue with sealing, which caused a bit of water to escape onto the floor.
