The gym was NOT included. It cost extra. The pool was very small. One could not do laps. The double bed room felt too small for the price. It was quite a squeeze, and I expect more space for the money I paid.

i found the gym was not included it cost 10 euros per person each day

the staff was friendly (i always appreciate that).
The room was quite small, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up, especially during the day. the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. also, the minibar was not replenished daily, disappointing.

the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the duomo. self-service laundry includes a washer and dryer for 4 euros per load. the pool was available. the air conditioning was industrial scale and very appreciated.
The gym is not included. It costs 10 euros per person per day.
