Wonderful Beachfront Stay

This hotel is located right on the beach, near shops and restaurants. Breakfast is enjoyable, with nice variety offered right on the beach. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. Karina and Alma provided excellent assistance.

I found the parking situation somewhat confusing upon arrival.

The hotel restaurant offers a menu with a discount . Breakfast is served directly on the beach providing a unique dining experience. I found the beach club menu offered many choices, and the food quality was very good.

The reception staff are attentive and kind. I observed that the staff are available 24/7. One staff member, Hector, offered coffee for a 4 AM checkout and sent links to local activities. I found this level of service really good.

The rooms are large and comfortable. My room was super clean. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room was well kept. I had a room next to the beach, so I could enjoy the waves.

The hotel's location is central. It is near many bars and restaurants. The hotel is directly on the beach. An OXXO store is across the street, a very convenient thing.

The location is unbeatable. You are steps from everything.

I had issues with the noise. the music from nearby clubs went on until 3 am every night. earplugs offered little help. The bass vibrated through the room (it really did!).
