The location is very convenient, near St Marks. Our room featured two canal views and a sitting area. The staff were helpful, and I found the breakfast offerings varied. I particularly enjoyed the house-made cakes and warm service.
The street outside was noisy, and motorboats passed throughout the night, making the sound insulation insufficient.

the room was a superior room canal view and it had amazing views. breakfast was next door and offered many choices. every request i had was handled quickly. the staff was always happy to help with directions.
the tv remote needed new batteries.
