wonderful stay!
delicious breakfast kind staff
The hotel was clean! i really liked it. the breakfast buffet was good, it offered a great start to each day. the staff was very kind.
Our room was a bit smaller than expected. we also didn't have a bathtub as it was shown in the pictures. I found this disappointing.

convenient location canal views house made cakes
The location is very convenient, near St Marks. Our room featured two canal views and a sitting area. The staff were helpful, and I found the breakfast offerings varied. I particularly enjoyed the house-made cakes and warm service.
The street outside was noisy, and motorboats passed throughout the night, making the sound insulation insufficient.

amazing views quick handling great choices happy staff
the room was a superior room canal view and it had amazing views. breakfast was next door and offered many choices. every request i had was handled quickly. the staff was always happy to help with directions.
the tv remote needed new batteries.

the room decor felt a bit dated, it had old curtains. the fridge made a noise, i unplugged it. checking in took a long time.
