Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!

The room offered a digital keypad entry, so there were no keys to worry about. I found a coffee machine and kettle inside the room. Very practical. Complimentary water and Prosecco were available. The housekeeper allowed me to store my bags prior to check-in, and I really appreciated it.

The sound proofing was not very good. I could hear other guests entering neighboring rooms during the night.

The staff provided excellent concierge service! They helped me to arrange a boat tour. I also received assistance with private water transport. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is near a waterbus stop. The hotel is on an easy path to San Marco. Many nice restaurants and shops are close by, too. I could easily stroll to everything I wanted to visit.

mixed feelings about the stay.

poor soundproofinglimited kitchen

The soundproofing was quite poor. I could clearly hear other guests moving around at night and in the early morning. it disrupted my sleep quite a bit. also, the common kitchen lacked basic cooking equipment. i wanted to prepare a meal, but there were no pots or pans available. i found the staff's response to my request disappointing. they explained the kitchen was only in the upstairs rooms.

i appreciated the excellent location between rialto and piazza san marco. the space was adequate, and cleanliness stood out. chambermaids were cordial indeed. the decor was like one of the plainest in a good way..

I noticed some sound issues. I could hear other guests at times. it was a bit disruptive.

great locationhelpful informationtv issueeasy arrangement

the location was great. it was near everything, i liked how easy it was to get around. the host provided options for tours and was helpful with information. marco was excellent .

the tv didn't work for the full stay. i asked for it to be fixed three times, it was only done once, and then it stopped working an hour later. this was disappointing because i wanted to chill with a film. the arrangement for accessing the rooms were easy.
