ripped carpet room key policy
the staff provided a map of the city, it seemed useful for getting around.
The room key had to be left at reception every time i exited the building. i also found significant damage in the room. There were ripped carpets near the bathroom. (honestly, it felt a bit neglected).

quiet area helpful staff room key dirty towel
i loved the location of this hotel. it was in a quiet area, yet close to many attractions (i especially enjoyed the peaceful evenings). the staff were very helpful and friendly.
i was not aware that i needed to return my room key every time i left the hotel. it was a minor inconvenience (but it was a bit annoying). also, one of the towels had a hair on it when i arrived.

acceptable stay near the center
good location nice staff relaxed atmosphere old building outdated pictures satellite tv
the hotel has a good location, away from the main tourist areas. it was still easy to reach lively areas. the staff were very nice and relaxed. i found the atmosphere to be really nice.
the pictures did not really show the true status of the building. i thought it seemed very old. there were no smart tv, just old satellite tv.

clean room friendly staff perfect location overcharge tax eaten chocolate wine dregs
i stayed in a superior double or twin room, and it was very clean. the staff were very friendly and cute. the location was perfect for me and my mum to have a long weekend exploring.
one woman on reception tried to overcharge us for the children's tax. this happened even though her colleague had already told us they would be 50%. also, there was a half eaten bar of chocolate in the fridge and dregs of a bottle of wine.
