peaceful sound helpful staff delicious food
the staff ensured i felt at ease. the situation provides both proximity to the center and quiet with ocean sounds. the food was delicious i ordered room service.
the elevator was a little slow at peak times

system error small discount
the breakfast was tasty. i enjoyed the avocado-salmon toast.
we booked a sea view duplex room months in advance, but upon arrival, they said it was unavailable due to a system error. they offered a lower-grade room with a SMALL discount, UNACCEPTABLE. it was annoying to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, especially after prepaying.
