the staff was helpful to a certain extend.
My room smelled bad, and i could not use the air conditioner because of mold. I had to open a window.

the cleanliness was acceptable AS i expected.
the room smelt STRANGE. an air freshener did little TO alleviate the odor. i also noted the absence of an elevator, causing DIFFICULTY with my luggage.
