a reflective stay
friendly staff tasty choices relaxing experience
i appreciated the friendly staff and their quick assistance with my requests. the breakfast buffet was substantial with tasty choices. the pool facilities were lovely to have in the city it gave a relaxing experience.
the parking was very limited making it difficult to find a space at times.

the rooftop pool was open until late providing a relaxing experience with a bar service available until 9:30 pm. i noticed the pool area had comfortable loungers for sunbathing and shaded sections too.

the hotel is approximately 15 minutes away from the town centre offering convenient access. there are several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance from the hotel which gave me different options.

The rooms were clean. The air conditioning was easy to adjust and even turn off completely. Free parking is available at the hotel. If it's full, there are spaces opposite and in the immediate vicinity for 5 euros a day. It was also GREAT that bikes were available for free use.
The location is about a mile from the lake. This is a fairly long walk into the main square. The pool bar closes early at 8:00 pm. There are no other options after that.

spacious room modern air conditioning pleasant walk unhelpful front desk overpriced hotel tourist information
the location was pretty good. it was not directly in the city center, but a pleasant walk was possible. the room was really spacious, so nice. air conditioning worked very well and was modern.
the front desk staff was not helpful at all with planning activities. they also didn't give me advice about things i could do in the city. there was a supermarket nearby, but the hotel is overpriced for the services it gives.

nice surprise quick answer
The breakfast included plenty of options, a really nice surprise. Staff were so helpful. They gave quick answers to every requests I did.
The outside parking lot was limited.

lovely stay
spacious room clean room great value rooftop bar
Car parking suited me well (it was important for my trip). the room was spacious and clean. i thought the value for money was definitely there. the pool was super. I even saw it was heated. the rooftop bar was a great spot for the evening.

the breakfast was good, it included a variety of choices for me. the bar snacks up on the roof were cheap and cheerful. i found plenty of options available earlier in the morning.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, they really were really good too smile and make conversation. on arrival, the receptionist provided loads of local information for me. the staff at the pool bar served us drinks after closing time.
