noisy dehumidifier basement room
The location was acceptable. It was close to bellagio.
The room i booked didn't match the photos. It was a basement room with a noisy dehumidifier running constantly because of humidity.

Fantastic Lakeside Stay!
fresh ingredients covered parking
The breakfast buffet offered wonderful selections and FRESH ingredients. I liked the convenience of covered parking plus it was free. The restaurant was great for both atmosphere and food it had a wonderful selection of traditional Italian dishes.
The road outside got QUITE busy. Walking without pavements felt a bit hazardous at times.

The hotel provides complimentary access to SUP boards and canoes , SUCH a plus. There is a charming terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the lake. the hotel offers covered parking.

private deck direct access wonderful room
we received a complimentary room upgrade, wow! it included a private deck overlooking the lake. direct water access was possible with provided chairs, a table, and benches!!! the room was wonderful.
The road nearby had minimal sidewalks. It made walking a bit tricky.

great lake view no tourist crowd delicious breakfast easy swimming access
I enjoyed that the lake view came right from my window. I noticed there are not crowds of tourists unlike in Como, Varenna or Bellagio. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room featured everything I may want. I found access easy for swimming from the hotel.
The room wasn't what I saw in hotel photos. The humidity meant a noisy dehumidifier had to run.

I walked a short distance to the ferry. I ate at Il Governo that was very nice. The hotel location allowed great access to swim directly in the lake.

Breakfast had many things to choose from. Pastries tasted delicious. I squeezed my juice that was freshly squeezed. The hotel provided a trampoline and a play area for children.

friendly staff amazing dishes lake view
Breakfast was top notch. I enjoyed the friendly staff. the restaurant just out front had amazing dishes! the room was comfortable and included a balcony. it overlooked the lake, a treat. the rooms felt cozy and provided a very good night's sleep.
the room wasn't what i booked. it was in the basement level with humidity. a dehumidifier had to run all day! and night because of that dampness.

the breakfast included several options. i remember the fresh pastries and fruit selection! the restaurant next door offered excellent meals. it was convenient and added to the stay, it really did.

My room had an very nice view of the lake. The on-site restaurant served delicious food (the pizza was excellent!). I also appreciated the availability of water sports.
My room was smaller than I expected. I noticed noise from other guests moving furniture. The road near the building lacked sidewalks.
