The room i booked didn't match the photos. It was a basement room with a noisy dehumidifier running constantly because of humidity.

The breakfast buffet offered wonderful selections and FRESH ingredients. I liked the convenience of covered parking plus it was free. The restaurant was great for both atmosphere and food it had a wonderful selection of traditional Italian dishes.
The road outside got QUITE busy. Walking without pavements felt a bit hazardous at times.

we received a complimentary room upgrade, wow! it included a private deck overlooking the lake. direct water access was possible with provided chairs, a table, and benches!!! the room was wonderful.
The road nearby had minimal sidewalks. It made walking a bit tricky.

I enjoyed that the lake view came right from my window. I noticed there are not crowds of tourists unlike in Como, Varenna or Bellagio. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room featured everything I may want. I found access easy for swimming from the hotel.
The room wasn't what I saw in hotel photos. The humidity meant a noisy dehumidifier had to run.

Breakfast was top notch. I enjoyed the friendly staff. the restaurant just out front had amazing dishes! the room was comfortable and included a balcony. it overlooked the lake, a treat. the rooms felt cozy and provided a very good night's sleep.
the room wasn't what i booked. it was in the basement level with humidity. a dehumidifier had to run all day! and night because of that dampness.

My room had an very nice view of the lake. The on-site restaurant served delicious food (the pizza was excellent!). I also appreciated the availability of water sports.
My room was smaller than I expected. I noticed noise from other guests moving furniture. The road near the building lacked sidewalks.
