The breakfast had a very low quality for a 4-star hotel and the price, that's disappointing. The room wasn't cleaned perfectly. I also found some dust on the floor.

I found the hotel to be newly renovated with a clean, white-themed decor i especially enjoyed the italian continental buffet breakfast. It had many delicious options available! the walk to the station took about five minutes, it was quite convenient. finally, i appreciated how close the hotel was to the train line connecting malpensa airport to milano centrale.

the shower floor draining wasn't working perfectly so i just made sure to be extra careful.

the staff were friendly and the breakfast included a good variety.

The room itself felt quite outdated, like it hadn't been updated in years. The soundproofing was subpar, i could clearly hear noises from other rooms.

the hotel room felt so fresh! the room i stayed in was super clean and spacious. i really liked the big windows giving amazing light. i saw free parking which was secure, right on the hotel premises.

the pillows provided are slightly too soft.

The staff were helpful. They addressed every request I made. The rooms was clean. I appreciated the housekeeping service to change the towels daily.

The street adjacent to the hotel could become noisy late at night. It made sleep a little difficult.
