I found the front desk staff very helpful and nice. They were always ready to assist with directions. the parking was convenient, a real plus in this area. the hotel is very well located. I could easily walk to a lovely outdoor shopping area with many restaurants. during my stay, the ac worked amazingly, a detail very important for a comfortable night's sleep.
The shower pressure was very poor. Adjusting the shower head helped a bit, but a new shower would be beneficial.

The secure parking area requires leaving car keys at reception. Staff move vehicles as needed. a supermarket and a shopping street with cafés are nearby! the train station is also a short walk away.

my superior double or twin room was a good size with ample storage space, appreciated. the bathroom had a good shower and enough space around the sink. a heated towel rack in the bathroom. was a nice touch

reasonable selectionpoor air conditioningdisruptive noise levels
the breakfast was acceptable and offered a reasonable selection (especially the pastries).
the air conditioning was not functioning adequately causing the room to be uncomfortably warm. i also found the noise levels disruptive particularly at night and early in the morning. it sounded like staff were moving furniture above my room on the second floor and this made it difficult to sleep soundly.

the air conditioning didn't work well the room was warm because of that i could not sleep well the broken air conditioning ruined my stay i also had to deal with street noise since i had to keep the windows open i regret choosing this place
