the staff showed us how to get to our room. they also kept our luggage safe after checkout for a few hours. the shower in the room was great and clean. i enjoyed the location near the tourism office.

The location is convenient to all attractions. The train station is a few minutes walk. I was upgraded to a suite, a lovely surprise.

The reception staff was not very cute, I have had a nicer welcome in other hotels. They were not rude, just did not seem very interested

i found the hotel very close to many attractions. the hotel is just a short walk from the centre station. i appreciated the thoughtful note and a gift that was in my room upon arrival (a very nice touch!).

i noticed the workmanship throughout the hotel wasn't quite up to a 4-star standard. some details seemed a little poorly executed. maintenance will be very essential to keep the hotel in good condition.

the hotel offers nice amenities such as a nespresso machine, toiletries, and plush towels. the room featured air conditioning, very useful during warmer months, and the bed was comfortable. there were also bedroom slippers provided.

the hotel offers a breakfast with local marmalade and juices. while i didn't have breakfast at the hotel, i did notice that the options looked fresh (especially the juice!). there seemed to be many options available.

the reception staff were very friendly to requests. the staff allowed for leaving luggage and offered an early check in. i felt welcome and taken care of .

The location was convenient to attractions and the train station. The reception staff were friendly.

The only way to cool the room was to open the window, however the street noise made it impossible to sleep. The noise continued late into the night and early morning.
