the location was convenient (just a short walk to the city center). the room was clean and nicely decorated. i appreciated the different pillow options, and the bed was comfortable.
sound isolation of the door was poor. i heard noise in the corridor outside, near the front door. there was mildew growing in the trimmings of the mirror in the bathroom.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I found the decor gorgeous. The bed was very comfy and warm . It was a lovely space. I was pleased with the tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available in the room.

i found the staff unbelievably friendly! the room i stayed in was modern and clean. breakfast included cultural flavors which was a good surprise. the hotel's proximity to the tram line made getting around quite simple.
The sound isolation was slightly lacking. Corridor noise was noticeable. but, all in all, it didn't affect my stay too much.
