I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . the parking facilities were very convenient and secure, offering ample spaces. i particularly enjoyed the terrace (it was a lovely spot to relax). the location was suitable for my needs. I didn't mind the walk to the main centre.

The breakfast options were somewhat basic. I had expected a bit more variety.

the hotel is situated within a fifteen minute walk to the city center, with access to various attractions. a tram stop located directly outside the hotel (very convenient). this provides quick connections to gent st pieters train station.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable it met my basic needs

i discovered the room lacked air conditioning it became quite stuffy during the night opening the window brought in street noise that disrupted sleep the bathroom lighting was motion activated and stayed on too long it was a nuisance
