kitchen utensils clean shower shared reception bed settee
The kitchen had many utensils! it was clean. the shower was great. I appreciated that.
the hotel shares its reception. it is with the ibis hotel. we had an apartment. it said double bed but it turned out to be a bed settee with sides on it.

good options helpful staff nice breakfast single beds dirt spots electric charge
the breakfast was really nice. they had good options for cheese and bread. the staff was helpful also. they seem to know what they was doing.
our double bed, it was really two single beds pushed together. this made sleep difficult. linen on the blanket had some dirt spots on it. the parking electric charge did not function. i could not charge my car overnight

sweet and simple stay
short walk hot options special cocktail
I found the location excellent. The train station was only a short walk away. breakfast offered a nice selection and hot options. the staff were very helpful. They even made special cocktails for my wife, which she adored!
the bathroom felt a bit worn. i missed a functional bidet near the toilet for personal hygiene. it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay.

a decent stay
friendly staff smart tv on-site restaurant bed settee euro deposit disability room
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always smiling. the room had a smart tv with youtube and netflix. This added convenience was appreciated. also, the hotel has an on-site restaurant with a bar that i found very convenient.
our double bed turned out to be a bed settee, and this made it difficult for me to get in and out. the receptionist suggested i book a disability room next time, but i don't need one. i just need a proper bed. we had to pay a 100 euro deposit, and it took days to get it back.

The breakfast had a good choice. It was convenient to the station.
the room could have been cleaner. some of the shelves were quite dusty, which i did not appreciate. it gave me the impression that attention to detail was lacking, not great.

Excellent hotel experience
family room quiet night railway station friendly staff
i appreciated the well designed family room i had. at night, the room was very quiet. the hotel's location is excellent for visiting the city and accessing the railway station to bruges and antwerp. the staff members were notably friendly.
i experienced an issue with the double bed. it was in fact two single beds easily moved. this made it impossible to sleep comfortably in between.
