The location was ideal. the center of the city was just a short walk away, and bicycle stations were conveniently nearby. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. i especially loved the excellent breakfast. There was plenty of choice, and the coffee was very good.
The room was quite small. I did not have enough space to fully open my suitcase. the carpet was dusty. i was sneezing regularly when in the room for longer than 20 minutes. the room felt clairaudient and loud too. I could hear my neighbors.

I found the staff very helpful . They offered local tips, and always greeted me warmly. The location suited me well. It was close to transport links. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. It was clear the housekeeping staff paid attention to details.
The breakfast area felt a little cramped during peak hours. It was sometimes necessary to wait briefly for a table.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities, always a plus! Fresh water was available on arrival and a water fountain remained available at all times. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I greatly appreciated that. The bed and shower worked perfectly.

the room was small. i barely had space for my luggage. the internet connection was also very unreliable. i had difficulty doing basic tasks, and it became very frustrating
