the staff was friendly. i also appreciated the club lounge, a relaxing space. the gym was slightly small. the hotel provided a secure environment with card access to everything.

the bathroom design was unusual. the glass wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room offered little privacy. entering the bathroom through the shower was unconventional.

The location near the river proved convenient for accessing various attractions. I found the staff helpful and polite . The free snack bar with hot drinks was a great amenity and different from other places I have stayed. The Classic Room provided a good space.

My room had limited space for hanging clothes. The room heating struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. I thought the variety of food at breakfast was not great considering the price.

I found the location convenient! for exploring. The proximity to restaurants and public transportation was a huge plus. I especially liked the 24-hour lounge, as it offered complimentary snacks and drinks, it was great. The modern interior design created a cute atmosphere throughout the hotel.

I had issues with the room's lighting. It was quite dim. The lighting switches were also confusing! made it hard to brighten the space sufficiently.
