street noise noise
The breakfast buffet was acceptable.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear street noise and people walking by at all hours. I found it hard to get a good night's sleep because of it! Maybe better soundproofing is needed.

The hotel is near the city center and the train station. The staff was VERY helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

fantastic stay near the train station!
convenient location friendly receptionist early check-in
the location was super convenient, especially since i arrived by train. it's just a short walk from the station and inside the historical center walls. carlo, the receptionist, was friendly and even helped me with my bags (what a champ!). i really appreciated the early check-in since my room was ready when i got there.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the street. maybe some better sound insulation would help?

the breakfast offered a nice variety, including meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, and yogurts. it was a good start to the day before exploring the city (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).

the hotel provided a map, easy to find from the train station. i was also able to leave my bag before check-in and after check-out. this was a huge help since i had a late train.

my room was super clean and cozy with good air conditioning. it was in the annex, easy to access. the room was well-kept and perfect for a solo traveller like me.

the staff was really good, very cute, and helpful. claudia was particularly friendly. they replied promptly to my questions before i arrived, which i really appreciated.

the hotel is located right inside the city walls, close to the train station and the duomo. it is also a little away from the busiest areas. this made it a great spot to explore from.
