the location was super convenient, especially since i arrived by train. it's just a short walk from the station and inside the historical center walls. carlo, the receptionist, was friendly and even helped me with my bags (what a champ!). i really appreciated the early check-in since my room was ready when i got there.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the street. maybe some better sound insulation would help?

the breakfast offered a nice variety, including meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, and yogurts. it was a good start to the day before exploring the city (i especially liked the fresh fruit!).

the hotel provided a map, easy to find from the train station. i was also able to leave my bag before check-in and after check-out. this was a huge help since i had a late train.

my room was super clean and cozy with good air conditioning. it was in the annex, easy to access. the room was well-kept and perfect for a solo traveller like me.

the hotel is located right inside the city walls, close to the train station and the duomo. it is also a little away from the busiest areas. this made it a great spot to explore from.
