The staff made my check-in very streamlined. They also made arrangements for a massage. I really appreciated the great insights they provided for restaurants.
My room was quite small. I also thought paying for parking was excessive, at €10 per day. The historic center was a bit of a walk.

friendly staff good breakfast easy parking city walls
i appreciated the friendly, helpful staff a lot. the breakfast was good and plentiful. parking was easy and convenient. i especially liked the closeness to the walls of the old city.
the wellness area needed some tlc. the steam room wasn't operating , this was a shame.

weak wi-fi signal awful air conditioning
Breakfast was acceptable. It provided sufficient options to start the day.
The room's climate control was AWFUL. The air conditioning barely cooled the space, and I fiddled with the thermostat constantly but to no avail. the Wi-Fi signal was ridiculously weak. I could hardly check my email, let alone stream any video.
