good accesslack of hot waterstrange smell
the location was acceptable , with good access to public transport.
the room lacked hot water , and there was a strange smell present. i informed the staff about the situation, but there was no resolution. it seemed like my concerns were not taken seriously.

the room was spacious with a good layout and nice furniture. i really loved the floor to ceiling black out drapes, very elegant and practical! the electronic panel made it simple to select mood lighting and control air conditioning. it was also nice that i could open the window, and the air conditioning automatically switched off when i did.
upon closer inspection, the room wasn't properly cleaned.

i appreciated the central location near the metro. the room featured a separate shower and toilet, which i found convenient. the comfortable beds also contributed to a restful stay. the front desk staff was helpful with directions.
the window area was minimal, made the room slightly less bright.
