fabulous air conditioningthin walls
the air conditioning worked fabulously given the outside temperature reached 33c.
the walls seemed very thin. i could clearly hear people in neighboring rooms, despite not being a light sleeper (.. ) this disrupted my sleep.

excellent stay with great service

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to two metro stations. one was only 200 meters away. the staff (corina and david) offered us coffee upon arrival (though we declined). our luggage was taken to our room before our return. the room was spacious and well-designed with care.
i noticed no side tables in the room, only plugs and light switches. the carpet and wallpaper seemed aged. a single bed also occupied space where a small couch could have fit.

the hotel features a spa with a sauna and a small pool (about 1 meter by 2 meters). a 45-minute session was complimentary, with subsequent sessions costing €30. robes and slippers were provided in the room after spa reservations were made.

corina and david welcomed guests warmly with a smile. they stored luggage in the luggage room and delivered it to the room before our return. the staff cleaned the rooms daily and replenished towels. the receptionist spoke fluent portuguese (helpful for some guests!).

the rooms featured spotlessly clean conditions. the bathroom toiletries (soap and shower gel) were of high quality. consistent hot water was always available. the bed and pillows were comfortable for rest.

I appreciated the super clean room with comfortable bed. the bathroom was also super clean. It felt new. the staff was attentive. the subway station made it easy to reach any location.

the staff was super nice and helpful, they greeted us with smiles and even stored our luggage before check-in, how awesome is that! our room felt spacious, a true luxury, and it included fresh towels daily, that was so amazing.
the walls felt super thin, i could hear other guests, and i'm not a light sleeper, so that was not very confortable. a deposit was taken without telling me. it caused problems with my bank and took a while to get it back.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful .
The room size was smaller than expected and the noise insulation was not good. I could clearly hear people in neighboring rooms and in the hallway. It made it difficult to sleep well. The promised deposit was not communicated ahead of time and it took days to get it back after checking out.

The staff were lovely. They were very helpful. the room's decor added to the romantic mood. It felt special.
Our room was a bit cramped. It was tricky to walk past the bed to reach the bathroom. some light fixtures had quite a thick layer of dust. It wasn't ideal.
