mixed feelings, some issues

the rooms were neat.
The airport pickup was a real problem, though. i paid for multiple pickups because of my extended stay, but only got one. the staff just wouldn't budge on a compromise. plus, the taxi arranged by the hotel was a total rip-off. It lacked air conditioning and was pretty beat-up.
the airport pickup service was prompt the driver was waiting with a sign. my room was clean and spacious it included a kettle and fridge. i found mr naveen at the front desk very helpful he assisted with my inquiries.
the location was noisy it is in a busy market area. breakfast was in a separate building requiring a short walk outside. the towels seemed old and of low quality.
