The hotel suggested a nearby restaurant. It was a BIG shock. The place had no seating, I can't imagine suggesting such a place.

I found the front desk staff accommodating, especially saima. an in-house tour operator made exploring india safe and easy, which i really appreciated. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. I enjoyed the experience so much. the hotel even arranged airport transport.

I loved that the hotel is just a quick five-minute walk to the metro! the hotel's central location really helped me explore the city. when i entered through the gate, i seemed like i was stepping into another world. It was amazing.

The staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. they fulfilled every request immediately and smartly. i needed to order food to my room and get a taxi. The staff handled it all with no problems. i felt very respected during my entire stay!

The scale for luggage weight check was available and really helped. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The location is a bit away from busy streets and noise. I found many food stalls near, including restaurants.

The disposable wooden cutlery felt a bit cheap.
