The location was convenient. It was situated in a lively area. The hotel travel desk helped me organize local trips. The room was comfortable.

There was no attention to detail. I needed to ask for hot water. The mattress and pillow were hard and cheap. The price felt too high for the level of service.

The scale for luggage weight check was available and really helped. The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The location is a bit away from busy streets and noise. I found many food stalls near, including restaurants.

The disposable wooden cutlery felt a bit cheap.

Vikash helped during check-in and Babu gave support later. Alam supervised the cleaning process. The staff helped me with every request politely. This was appreciated.
