I found the ground floor rooms moldy. The staff attributed this to 'old furniture', yet the smell became unbearable. This situation requires immediate attention.

antique decor helpful introduction amazing view
i found the hotel's decor very artsy, it had a lovely antique vibe! our room overlooked the beautiful blue mediterranean waters, a view i will always remember. the staff stood out, providing helpful introductions and recommendations.
the room was a little noisy due to street traffic, a minor distraction.

The staff offered very useful introductions to the area! they also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations and even handled the bookings. the attendees were always available, promptly offering more coffee during breakfast. It felt luxurious.

underwhelming stay
damp smell worn furniture
the location was good, it was near the water.
my room smelled very strongly of damp. the furniture looked quite old and worn, not like the pictures online. i was also disturbed by noise from the street outside.

Really good Boutique Experience
flavorful breakfast detailed guide good space
The breakfast was generous and flavorful. The hotel provided a detailed guide to nearby attractions upon check-in. The staff arranged taxis to various destinations. I found logistics much easier. The lower terrace offered a good space. I enjoyed grape vine shade during breakfast and evening drinks.
Parking had a valet service, though the cost was unexpectedly high.

delicious breakfast helpful staff warm staff
i really enjoyed the really good breakfast and helpful staff. francesco and elisa were wonderful. the breakfast food was excellent, and the staff were always warm. i found the genuine hospitality nice.
the room was a little noisy due to street traffic, disturbing the otherwise serene atmosphere. it wasn't a major issue, but noticeable at times. perhaps soundproofing could improve this.

the hotel is situated a few metres away from the sea in a nice part of the area. it is located on the farthest reach of the island, away from noisier streets. the hotel is near the blue mediterranean waters.
