excellent stay near everything
great location accommodating staff roof terrace thoughtful breakfast
the location is superb it is very close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were really nice too accommodate every request. breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight it offered great views. they packed a breakfast for my early departure which was very thoughtful.
the air conditioning unit was somewhat loud in the room it made it a little difficult to sleep at first but i adapted.

the staff was very polite friendly and helpful they particularly assisted with arranging an early airport transfer. they ensured i had everything needed for a comfortable departure and were very responsive. nothing was too much trouble for them.

the hotel includes convenient parking options nearby making arrival easy and stress free. i easily accessed various parts of the island on foot without trouble. the historical charm of the building enhances the overall experience and provides unique character.

the room was spacious and well designed offering sufficient space for suitcases and personal items. the bathroom fixtures were modern and functioned very well. housekeeping maintained perfect standards daily ensuring the room remained pristine.

amazing food helpful staff shuttle boat
the included breakfast was amazing with very nice food. the service was very good, and the views from the breakfast table was beautiful. staff was helpful too. a shuttle boat goes from the hotel to the beach, it is a great service.
The room thermostat weren't working properly. It blowed heat all night.

the location of this hotel was really good. it was close to both ortigia and other lovely areas. the staff showed very nice kindness, i must say. the rooms had a lovely design, and all the appointments felt top notch, .
our room did not fully resemble the beautiful rooms i saw online. the decor was more in line with classic rooms, i believe. the furniture felt cramped, and the closet was quite small. the air conditioner was terribly loud, unfortunately.

lovely vista private beach
the beautiful double room sea view provided a lovely vista i woke up to. the private beach club, accessible by a short boat ride, felt exclusive and peaceful it was a true escape.
the gym equipment was a bit dated, but i still managed a decent workout.

friendly staff street parking excellent service
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. parking right across the street made everything easier (a real bonus!). the rooftop restaurant provided beautiful views and excellent service.
the air conditioning was not working properly . this made the room uncomfortable, especially during the warmer hours. i hope they address this soon.
