the staff members were helpful. the hotel is VERY close to the train station. rooms were spacious. compared to other rooms in japan.

i really liked this hotel. the staff was very kind and helpful. the location was convenient, a few minutes from the station. the room was amazing and had wooden features.
the bathroom water temperature was unstable. it made showering a little difficult and uncomfortable.

the hotel features a shared lounge where guests can cook. a kitchen is available with all sorts of flatware and utensils. there is also a rooftop terrace for guest to use.

the hotel crew was very attentive, especially axe. they were helpful with my queries. the owner even met us on our second day. he wished us a great stay in his hotel.

The room had tatami mats. I had a nice traditional sleeping experience. The bathroom facility within the suite was very beautiful.
The room cleaning service is not daily. I had to request it at the front desk.
