Fantastic Experience!

The rooftop pool on the 25th floor is fine, giving mind blowing views of the surrounding area! The hotel's location is very good and it is quite close to main city attractions. The breakfast variety was amazing and it has a wide array of options to pick from. The hotel design showcases Malaysian touch beautifully, which really adds to the modern atmosphere!

The sound proofing system is not perfect. I could hear some motorcycles at night!

The doormen always greet guests with a warm smile, very cute after a long day. Housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy throughout my stay, even without explicit requests. The staff is very friendly and professional and I really appreciate it.

I found the staff very friendly. encik fauzi and the wok star breakfast staff offered excellent customer service. the hotel decor was unique and beautiful. its location proved superb. It was directly opposite the tower and within walking distance to the twin towers and bukit bintang shopping area.

the sound proofing needs improvement as i could hear all the motorcycles revving their engines at night. it was a little disruptive, and better sound insulation would really enhance the stay. hopefully, this is something that can be addressed soon.

i found my standard king room beautiful. it had a very comfortable bed. the corner room even gave me a totally worthwhile view for the extra cost. i really loved the thoughtful room design and layout.

I adored the skyline view with the iconic kl tower from our room. the rooftop pool had amazing greenery and lovely views. It seemed like an oasis. i found the bathroom spacious and modern. Bathing with a city view was a unique experience.

the wifi was unreliable, it required frequent network resets.
