The breakfast spread had AMAZING variety. I especially liked the nasi lemak. The service was consistently excellent. I found the skydeck on the 51st floor to be a real highlight.

The private pool in the room was amazing. It offered a relaxing experience with city views. the room itself felt spacious, modern, and clean, with very comfortable bedding! the location was very convenient. the staff were polite, this added positively to the calm atmosphere.
The check-in process was a little slow, even after using the online check-in option. I still needed to queue for the room keys.

The hotel is conveniently situated. Many attractions are within a manageable distance, especially if you don't mind a bit of walking. grabbing a car is quite easy for destinations further afield. It adds to the convenience.

The panorama room on the higher floor offered ample space and tasteful décor. This. some minor issues included the cleanliness of the windows. there were some issues with wallpaper.

Staff members were generally polite, pleasant, and willing to help where needed. This contributed to a positive experience. the check-in process was friendly, too. I appreciated the efficient and warm reception i received.

superb selectionfriendly staffamazing options
i enjoyed the breakfast with its superb selection of continental and malaysian options. the teh tarik was a highlight each morning. the staff was really friendly and approachable, always ready to help with a smile.
The wifi was a bit slow, i had some lag issues . It was a minor inconvenience though.
