the staff was friendly. the room was super clean and comfortable. the location is right in the center. cool iced tea was a nice touch in the foyer.
the air conditioning did not work. the room was very noisy. the tv was not functional and nobody attended to my needs at reception.

prime position spacious bathroom
position is prime as it's in town center. the room was very spacious including a nice, big bathroom. i found parking just a short walk away. the hotel looked recently updated to me.
the rooms did not feature soundproofing, so external noise was noticeable. this impacted peacefulness at times. i hope the hotel addresses it in the future.

fantastic location helpful staff friendly staff small pool dirty water expensive breakfast
The hotel had a fantastic location near Plaza Coso Viejo. It was also close to many attractions (I visited several). I had a room facing the patio and the Alcazaba. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The pool was quite small (hardly swimmable). The water in it seemed a bit dirty too. The room lacked soundproofing. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

The location was central. free parking was available nearby, a very short walk away. the staff was helpful with gluten-free options. I appreciated that. breakfast offered thoughtful options with staff keeping it stocked.
