I found the location very convenient and it was easy to walk into the town. the staff provided good service. They were attentive and helpful. i had a junior suite that included a separate sitting area and a good-sized patio. the suite offered really nice views. i appreciated these features.

The spacious room was very clean and quiet. it provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i enjoyed having an outdoor area by the poolside. It was perfect.
the hotel receptionist i encountered seemed unwelcoming. this attitude made the check-in process less pleasant. overall, the hotel sometimes lacked a sense of care for its guests, noticeable.

the hotel was super clean, i noticed. the staff were friendly, and the location offered lovely views. i found free parking very useful, it saved me some money. the air conditioning worked very well during the july heat.
i thought the cafeteria and bar were a little small.

The reception staff were cute and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. one waiter, pablo, was especially energetic. He made sure every guest felt at home. i really appreciated their attentiveness.
