historic building with perfect location

the hotel is in a sweet historic building. it is near the elise saint-barthelemy (a short walk). the staff was excellent, and the woman managing the hotel was helpful and friendly. the location was perfect.
the room had a cold feel. the rail dryer in the bathroom was not working (it was pointless). i had to force the bathroom door to get out.
