excellent stay in the heart of the city
competent staff larger room functional structure
I found the staff very competent. They offered additional information on the city. i even got a larger room at the same rate, based on availability. the hotel structure was functional, and cleanliness was a priority. also, the reception operates 24/7.
the breakfast was quite disappointing as i expected more variety. the shower pressure was not strong. decor in some areas was slightly worn.

This location is very central. The hotel is near many attractions. bus and metro stops are close, a huge mall is just around the corner. bars and restaurants abound nearby. i found the area very convenient.

the hotel had a clean entrance. the staff was friendly and they answered my questions. my room, a superior double room, was clean.
the room phone didn't worked and that was a shame. the room smelled of sewage, that was quite bad. i had to carry my luggage three floors up, it was difficult.

the location was handy to the euro star.
the room stank of sewage, and the room phone didn't work. i had to carry my luggage up three floors. in the mornings i woke up to the smell of bacon and toast i didn't.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was clean and well-kept. i had a good night's sleep because the bed was very comfortable. the location of this place is really prime (it is right in the heart of everything).
the breakfast selection was a little limited. the shower pressure wasn't great. the decor felt a bit dated.

broken shower system minimal breakfast
the staff were helpful with directions to local attractions.
My room, a superior double room, was not up to standard. the shower's mounting system was broken causing water to spray everywhere, and the hairdryer did not work. the breakfast was also quite minimal. I found that the selection was not regularly replenished (it was quite disappointing).
