mixed feelings about this stay
thin wallslimited buffet
I was really disappointed with a few things. the walls seemed quite thin. i could easily hear conversations from other rooms, and , made it difficult to relax at times. also, the breakfast buffet was rather limited. There wasn't as much variety as i had hoped for.

early worksmall shower
the roofing work was quite annoying and unexpected i wasn't warned about it beforehand. work started very early one morning around 8 am despite assurances it would not be before 9 am that's far too early. the hotel staff also forgot to service my room one day i was disappointed with this oversight. additionally the shower room was small tiny, a bit of a squeeze.

Charming Stay in the Heart of It All!

I really appreciated the helpful staff. They assisted with parking and gave clear information about the area. The breakfast was reasonably priced and well catered for, a nice way to start the day! The hotel's location was superb. It's a beautiful building in a beautiful town, close to everything. I also liked that the staff were friendly and spoke English well.
The shower room was very small. I wasn't warned that major roofing work was in progress so it looked and seemed like a building site.

The location was central. It made it easy to walk to all points of interest quickly. The room had great character and charm. The check-in process was easy (a big plus after a long journey).
The room faced the street, so there was some noise at night when the windows were open.
