the staff were helpful. they held my bags after i checked out. the metro station is very close offering convenient access to transportation.

mixed feelings regarding my stay

i felt concerned when the hotel asked for my key each time i went out. i have never encounter such rule. it made me question the safety of the neighborhood. also, the room had this stale scent. i found myself constantly opening windows trying to air it out, a difficult task with street noise below. it just wasn't the fresh, cute space i hoped for.

the suite was clean, and the bed was really comfortable.

My room was quite noisy. I could clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms. the room seemed a bit shoddily renovated. It reminded me of a quick fix rather than a proper remodel. the online photos also felt somewhat misleading when compared to the actual room.

The location was fine. Right next to a tube station and not too far from the main station.

The suite had issues. The breakfast was basic and didn't offer much variety, disappointing, it just seemed like a minimal effort to meet basic needs. i expected a bit more considering what i paid, a better selection would definitely improve the experience.

the nespresso machine was a great touch i also appreciated the daily cake for refreshment. eric the front desk manager provided awesome service he was friendly and very professional.

the road outside was busy my room faced the front so there was some noise.

Fantastic Stay Near the Metro

The hotel's location was excellent. The metro station was directly outside the front door. I appreciated the convenience to many restaurants located nearby. The room was clean and smart. Free cake and wine was provided each evening at reception..

The first room I received looked like it had old water damage on the ceiling. I requested a different room and was moved to one on the seventh floor. This room also had traces of it on the ceiling.
