the rooms were clean and provided all necessities.

I encountered issues with the air conditioning. It did not function adequately. the room contained only a stool, not a proper chair, a significant lack for a business traveler who needs to work at a desk. the room layout on the 8th floor felt awkward and cramped.

the staff was very friendly and were pretty good too make our weekend romantic. my husband was particular about his breakfast, but they were patient and accommodating. the receptionist even gave us an itinerary to navigate, so sweet!

The safe in the room did not work. Someone was supposed to come to help, but no one ever arrived. i had to go to the front desk myself to inquire, a bit inconvenient.

The staff was VERY attentive to all requests and provided prompt assistance. I found the parking facilities excellent, offering convenience and security. The breakfast provided a good choice of items, and the self-service machine dispensed good coffee.

The air conditioning in my room was not performing optimally.
