The ski-in and ski-out access was very convenient. The on-site shop was handy. It had everything needed for self-catering. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I found the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room wonderful after skiing (so relaxing!).
The beds were a little too firm for my liking.

i appreciated the ski in ski out access to the slopes it made mornings stress free. the onsite spar shop proved convenient for quick grocery needs i found everything i needed there. the apartment had a great balcony where i could see the mountains. the staff was really helpful at all times with any questions i had.
i noticed slight wear in the spa area a more frequent cleaning schedule would enhance the experience.

we stayed in a two-bed apartment and enjoyed mountain views. the apartment had plenty of space. the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment (perfect for preparing meals). the spa, pool, and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

The supermarket onsite was convenient. It had a decent selection.
The room i got was disappointing. It looked directly at the bins. i had to wait five hours for my room. the pull-out bed had a dirty, thin mattress, not acceptable considering the price.

The suite I booked included two bathrooms, so we had no problem with space (a real plus!). The hotel was clean upon arrival. I appreciate that attention to detail. The outdoor hot tub had lovely mountain views!
The dishwasher didn't seem to work properly.
