expensive beverages slow service
i found a few things disappointing . the gym was not functional except for the bicycle machine i saw water bottles cost 6€ and coffee was also 6€ which i found unacceptable given there were none available in the rooms. i often waited 30 to 45 minutes to be served this felt quite long

An Oasis of Calm
manicured gardens large pool
I appreciated the beautifully manicured gardens and the large pool area. The palace interiors exhibited really good decor, complemented by a contemporary twist. The lunch I had was quite good, and the in-room wifi worked without issue. I also found the moroccan decor beautiful.
The hotel is a considerable distance from the city center. Taxis are necessary for most outings. This can increase transportation expenses significantly. I recommend using ride-sharing apps to find less expensive fares.

The suite decor felt really good and homelike. The room size was appreciable and spacious. There was beautiful moroccan decor with a contemporary twist. I DID appreciate that.

The staff was professional and cute! I found that they were very friendly and always quick to raise a parasol next to the table. This offered much-needed shade. The service was personable and attentive.

I found that breakfast by the pool was lovely! The breakfast eggs were a good choice. Lunch was served outside by the pool and it WAS an added bonus. I enjoyed the warm weather.

I adored the excellent art collection displayed throughout the hotel. the architecture and furnishings created a beautiful space. the staff were friendly and accommodating. They kept the gardens very well maintained.

The staff raised a parasol next to the table, offering shade, as needed. the staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very quick to assist. i found every staff member wonderful and helpful, attentive to our needs.
