I found the lobby very cute with its bright colors. A free drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tea and coffee options in the ground floor area were appreciated. The staff seemed to keep an eye on customers.
the shower pressure was very weak. The temperature control was also inconsistent. the bar seemed understaffed at times, leading to longer wait times.

The room included a comfortable bed and modern decor, though it was a bit small. The bathroom had basic amenities, but I noticed the shower grout could use some refreshing. The space between the bed and the entrance door was tight.

the breakfast offered many choices, including healthy ones. i especially liked the detox water that was always available. the location is excellent and the lobby has a warm feel. the front desk staff are young and nice.

the location was convenient. it was right next to several metro lines. the facilities were clean and i appreciated the breakfast options. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions).
the shower's temperature control was not great. the water pressure was low (it made showering difficult). the bed was also quite hard. the air conditioning did not work correctly.

the location is super i found. it is near a metro station. a peaceful garden downstairs exists. receptionists are young and friendly!
the staff was really unhelpful? but the wi-fi was slow. i had to make the effort to check if it was ready yet as no one bothered to let me know even though we were waiting by the reception. the tv did not work for the whole trip. twice.
