cigarette-smoke aircon basic amenities
The air conditioning was far from satisfactory. It emitted a noticeable odor. It smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke whenever it was in operation. the room lacked basic amenities. I consider these aspects unacceptable given the price.

Fantastic Canal-Side Stay!
stylish interior cosy backyard great location
I adored the stylish interior. The hotel backyard was a cosy space for my breakfast! I was also very happy that there was parking available. This stay was wonderful. I also liked that the location was great!
The WiFi was frustrating, basically nonexistent in my room. I had to go to reception and it didn't always work there! No complimentary drinking water was available.

Breakfast included high-quality items. the selection was not particularly extensive. The backyard space provided a cozy atmosphere for enjoying the morning meal. I really enjoyed my experience.

The hotel boasts a central location in the heart of the town, situated right by the main canal. The view from the canal-facing rooms is really amazing! Parking is conveniently located only 2 minutes away.

The front desk reception staff were nice and efficient. They offered recommendations for local attractions and dining. The staff had pretty good English. I felt welcome and appreciated!

an okay experience
central location friendly staff basic room stale smoke
i did find the location to be good. it was central. the staff were friendly and their english was quite good, i thought.
my room was very basic. there weren't many amenities. the air con smelled of stale old cigarette-smoke, if you ask me.

canal location friendly staff free parking sealed window basic toiletries thin towels
the location on the canal was good. friendly staff members had quite good english. street parking seemed generally available and free from 7pm to 9am.
the bathroom window couldn't be opened and there was no extraction. only very basic shower gel and handwash was available. the towels were worn and thin.

friendly staff convenient location many options missing basics broken showerhead cheap furniture
The staff offered great service. The hotel location near the canal was very convenient. The breakfast had many options (I especially enjoyed the pastries).
The bathroom lacked some essentials. The showerhead was broken, quite annoying. The room felt somewhat outdated. The furniture seemed cheap.

central location helpful staff excellent bed
The location is excellent in the city center. The staff are very helpful and friendly (they assisted with directions). The bed and shower were excellent. The front desk reception staff were the nicest.
