small room single mirror
The room was quite small, barely enough space for our suitcases. There was only one mirror in the bathroom, it made getting ready a bit difficult. The location wasn't ideal either. It wasn't very close to the main tourist attractions (I was a bit disappointed).

clean room cosy pillows quiet street
The room was very clean. it included nice sheets and cosy pillows. the location is great. It is close to gare de lyon, but on a quiet street.
water pressure in shower was low. i am not sure if that is standard.

The hotel provides complimentary snacks and drinks at reception, a welcomed touch! the room had a coffee machine. a carafe for water. we could also leave our bikes in the backyard which was practical. the location allowed quick access to bastille and marais. We loved that.
the noise from other rooms was audible, even with earplugs provided.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Sonia's excellent support stood out. staff took delivery of a package i expected. direction was available and solved all questions without delays.

A simple and decent breakfast was on offer at a fair price. there are also many options nearby for breakfast or shopping. This makes the area very convenient. the complimentary snacks and drinks at the reception added a lot to the stay.

the hotel has a location that is close to the train station, so getting to and from the airport was easy. the metro line is also very close! the gare de lyon is near the hotel.

The location was acceptable and convenient.
I am frustrated. The room was too small. There was hardly room to walk once my small carry-on suitcases were inside. I also disliked that there was only one mirror in the bathroom. Getting ready became quite difficult.

helpful staff modern interior complimentary upgrade
The staff was helpful with directions and luggage assistance. I received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a modern interior. Breakfast was included, with a good selection of pastries and coffee.
The sound insulation wasn't perfect, and I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

I found the staff helpful . They provided useful information about nearby attractions. The location was also very convenient for accessing transportation, especially the train station. The modern interiors added to the overall charm of the experience.
