i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. i also enjoyed the available free hot drinks and water in the foyer. the breakfast staff acted cute and nice. i found some nice restaurants close by.
The room was too cold and the heating was not working properly. It impacted my stay.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick check-in! breakfast included a wide variety of options. attentive hosts. the hotel helped me find transportation, very useful. free coffee refills were available until 6 pm at reception!
a minor issue was that i noticed a very small area needed a bit more detailed cleaning.

The rooms offer both comfort and cleanliness, as i would expect. there are also quiet rooms. the bathroom had a good shower and basic amenities. The room provided enough space for my luggage and belongings.

this accommodation includes a cozy and well-decorated lounge area. snacks and drinks were available, i even saw croissants! the hotel is located near the seine river, gare de lyon, and metro station. the location is excellent!!!

malfunctioning ventilationsignificant street noise
The room i was assigned seemed to have issues. the ventilation system was not functioning. This created an uncomfortably warm environment, especially at night. opening the windows introduced significant street noise. a fan was unavailable from reception, complicating matters further.
