The room I got was a bit of a letdown. I booked a suite hoping for extra space, but the low, sloped ceilings were a real hazard! I kept bumping my head on the ceiling above the couch and the bed. This got old really fast. The hotel staff didn't offer any solutions or compensation, even after I complained about it. I certainly didn't feel like it was worth the extra money, and I would advise to avoid suite 309.

Breakfast had a good variety of Italian options. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free bikes were available .
My room was on the top floor, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The acoustics were dreadful. The mattress was very hard. This resulted in very little sleep .
