Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities!
outdoor jacuzzi natural lake quality food comfy lounge
I found the outdoor Jacuzzi particularly good. It provided moments of pure indulgence. The garden has a natural lake and Finnish Sauna, entirely immersed in snow. It was special! The food was good quality and well prepared. I liked the interiors, nicely decorated and well planned. It was appreciated.
I found the pillows in the room somewhat unsupportive. A wider selection might be beneficial.

i liked that this hotel is in a beautiful and convenient location. staff were helpful and attentive to all requests. buffet breakfast included many choices and tasty foods.

my room has a balcony, it was very spacious. the room was also clean. i find included robes and flip flops convenient.

the staff was very helpful and attentive. i was greeted with friendly smiles everyday. from the front desk managers, housekeepers, to restaurant staff.

The breakfast had many options. The location provided easy access to hiking trails. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The jacuzzi did not get very warm. Delivery trucks arrived early each morning. This made sleeping in difficult. The outdoor pond seemed suitable only for ducks.
