riverside locationfriendly staff
the riverside location provided easy access for viewing the northern lights (i saw them twice!). the staff were always available and quite friendly. i appreciated that activities could be booked directly from the reception desk.
the walls seemed a little thin, making hallway noises somewhat audible.

this hotel location by the river is just amazing! staff here is super friendly and helpful since the second we arrived. they gave treats to my dog at check-in, i just love it! the room was big and spacious with a view!

i got standard double room and it was clean and well equipped. the bed was soft and the bathroom was modern and spacious plus toiletries are high quality and smell very good.
