excellent family stay
clean roomconvenient locationfriendly staffefficient service
the room was beautiful and very clean. the location close to santa village was very convenient for the kids. we had many activities outside so i wish we could have spent more time at the hotel. i found the staff friendly and efficient .
i noticed no toiletries were provided upon arrival so i had to ask at the reception. they were able to provide some after i inquired.

the room featured a private sauna with temperature controls. it also included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks and local craft beers. blackout curtains ensured complete darkness for sleeping at any time.

the hotel is within walking distance of santa claus village. there is also convenient access to snowmobile rentals and husky sledding tours. a bus stop outside the hotel provides transportation to the airport.

picture windowsspacious loungestocked minibar
The two-story room featured amazing picture windows, it looked over snow-covered trees. downstairs included a large lounge area with a refrigerator and fully stocked minibar. Seats and a day bed were also available. there was plenty of hanging space for big winter coats near the entrance.
breakfast had low quality, it seemed designed for mass production.
