the staff assisted with all requests courteously. the included breakfast was a simple tasty offering. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to major sites and public transport making exploration very easy.
the shower pressure was low, it needs some maintenance.

breakfast included an assortment of olives, cheeses, and cold cuts. fresh bread and packaged spreads were also available each morning. tea and instant coffee were provided too.

the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful . they provided directions and assistance with luggage storage. i was able to check in early, it made my travel day easier.

My room included a comfortable bed and a wardrobe. the room was clean and spacious. I had a good view. there was also a tv with satellite channels.

the hotel is situated near the tram line, it provides convenient access to the city's attractions. i walked to the grand bazaar and other landmarks easily! the area felt quiet at night.
